- If you have photos of cuts you like, bring them, but don't stress if you don't, we'll talk through what works for your hair before we pick up a scissor
- Let us know upfront if there's anything your last cut got wrong, that's genuinely useful information
- Grown-out or overdue for a trim? That's fine. We'd rather see what your hair naturally does than have you prep for us
