Where do I park?
We have a small lot of our own right out front, and parking there is free for guests. There is street parking nearby as well, so if the lot is full you will not have to go far.
Do you take a deposit?
Regular appointments do not require a deposit. Extension installs, color corrections, and wedding bookings do — a deposit holds the date and comes off your final total. We ask for 48 hours notice on cancellations.
How do I book an appointment?
Call us at (254) 272-4376 during salon hours or send the contact form on this site and we will call you back. New color clients and anyone considering extensions start with a consultation.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
What happens if I'm running late?
We hold your appointment for 15 minutes past the start time, and after that we may need to shorten your service or reschedule you so that the guests after you are not kept waiting.
What if I'm not happy with my hair?
Please call us within two weeks of your appointment and we will have the stylist who did your hair make it right, at no charge to you.
