Prep before your appointment
- Come in with clean, dry hair if possible, it gives us the best surface to work with and keeps your appointment on track
- Let us know about your event ahead of time: the venue, the vibe, whether you'll be outside in the heat or inside all evening
- Bring a photo or two of what you have in mind, and bring one of your actual hair on a regular day so we can have an honest conversation about what will translate
- If you're wearing a veil, headpiece, or specific earrings, bring them along so we can style around them
Aftercare
- Give the style time to cool and set completely before touching it or putting it up
- A light-hold finishing spray can help in humid weather, and we'll tell you exactly what we used so you can ask about it before you leave
- Sleep with your hair loosely pinned or wrapped if you're wearing the style a second day
- If anything feels off when you get home, call us, we would rather fix it than have you walk out the door unhappy
